Mirror Finish Alloy for Molds


Trust 4920 is an alloy designed to provide polish capable surfaces and obtain shining finishes in plastic and aluminum injection molds industry. Ideal for common steels in this application type like H-13, H-11, P-20. 


How to Apply:

Preferentially, use DC and inverse polarity. Adjust the amperage according to welding surface thickness, as well as the diameter of tungsten electrode. Argon Gas is recommended. Prepare surface removing away undesirable material and dirt. Pre-heat and post-heating according to deposit amount and to the base-metal chemistry.
