Trust 555

Universal Aluminum Oxyacetylene Welding

Trust 555 is a multi-functional oxyacetylene welding for aluminum and aluminum alloys. Previously, weld aluminum with oxygen and acetylene method was a complicated task. Now, with Trust 555, is extremely easy.

This alloy can be applied on an enormous number of aluminum parts as if you are welding tin. Once reached welding fusion temperature it will drip freely as being directed by the applied heat.

Trust 555 has no rival physical characteristics than other cheap products. High tensile resistance up 34000 lbs. PSI of resistance that provide repairs even more resistant than base-metal.

Preheat base-metal approximately 315ºC and apply some Trust 555 flux. When you reach fusion temperature the flux run toward heat, in that moment apply welding and, with a soft movement, push the welding with the flame.

You can use Trust 555 in thin sheets or heavy parts, for heavier parts heat sections until base-metal begins to melt and apply the welding. Apply enough flux to help welding to fuse correctly to base-metal. For pieces reconstruction, accumulate enough welding and rectify later to wanted dimensions.

Trust 555 provide dense welding porosity free deposits.
