Universal Hard Facing Electrode

Trust 4010 is an anti-wear-out alloy that resists impact as well as abrasion. Its compounded by an extra-hard compounds matrix. These compounds are distributed equally in deposits. This structure makes possible that Trust 4010 will resist severe impacts and abrasion. 

Trust 4010 can be applied in any position, vertical or overhead. This is something unique in hard facing electrodes, regularly with this electrodes you can only apply in horizontal positions. You can also apply pass over pass without removing slag, that means considerable time saving.

Application:

Regulate your welding machine to AC or DC with inverted polarity. Use the smallest amperage possible making a short arc.
