Super Resistant Electrode for Structural Steels

Trust 3050 is the electrode, created especially for high resistance and heavy-duty construction steels as T-1.

Trust 3050 has a special advanced technology hard facing with diverse micro metallic particles. In fact, most of covering melts in the deposit providing higher welding speed. The low scum viscosity allows welding layers with no slag chipping .

When you require machining Trust 3050 welding deposits, you will be able to do immediately thanks to its excellent machinability.

Application:

Use AC or DC inverted polarity. Regulate your welding machine to the smallest amperage possible to weld and use the beading technique (cord) always maintaining short arc. 

For vertical applications go upwards from bottom diminishing the amperage 10% with reference to horizontal welding.
